Third-Level Service Institution: Guangdong Westin After-Sales Service Department.

During Warranty Period
If any abnormal failure occurs, the supplier will provide personnel and damaged parts free of charge to promptly assist at the customer’s site, offering free warranty service until the unit returns to normal operating performance.
Post-Warranty Period
After the warranty period, all spare parts will be provided at cost price, and personnel will promptly arrive at the customer’s site or designated location for repairs until normal use is restored.
Notes
a. Definition of warranty period: 18 months after shipment, the unit operates 1,000 working hours or 1 year (whichever comes first), or according to the relevant contract provisions. Any damages to components or other unit failures caused by assembly negligence, improper design, or material selection by the manufacturer shall be covered by the supplier's warranty.
b. Failures due to easily worn parts, daily usage accessories, human operational errors, or neglect of maintenance are not included in this warranty scope.
